According to the media, Zeekr service responded that the owner of the vehicle in question was unable to open the door from inside the vehicle after unlocking the electronic locks. When the vehicle was inspected at the shop and found that the mechanical unlocking function of the vehicle was normal, so it was necessary to further check the electronic unlocking function. However, the user declined to undergo any dismantling and inspection, and therefore the truth of the matter cannot be accurately confirmed.
Zeekr added that its Zeekr 001 model is designed with a mechanical unlocking function in addition to the electronic locks. The automaker has already arranged for technicians to go to the customer's location and endeavour to communicate with the customer to resolve the car's problem.
