TENCENT (00700.HK) +1.400 (+0.356%) Short selling $1.07B; Ratio 9.649% 's major South African shareholder Naspers, as well as Naspers's Dutch subsidiary Prosus, have jointly announced the appointment of Fabricio Bloisi to the post of CEO, replacing Ervin Tu, who has been serving as interim CEO.
Bloisi will take up his new post on 1 July, while Tu will become President and CIO. Prosus noted that the company's strategic objectives will remain unchanged and that it will maintain its target of achieving a trading profit from consolidated e-commerce in the second half of the financial year.
