Zeekr, an EV maker of Zhejiang Geely that will be listed in New York, will close its IPO bookbuilding one day earlier, Reuters quoted sources as saying.
The closing date for subscription would be Thursday (9th), according to the IPO document released by the stock last week. However, the sources said that the stock will close for subscription tomorrow (8th), but will be listed on Friday (10th) as scheduled.
Zeekr's IPO has been oversubscribed, sources said. The Company will raise up to US$367.5 million in total.
