Since the commencement of the buy-back, the Company has repurchased for cancellation approx. 128 million ordinary shares on the UK Venues at a volume weighted average price of GBP6.2034 per ordinary share, and approx. 127 million ordinary shares on the Stock Exchange at a volume weighted average price of $61.3458 per ordinary share, for a total consideration of approx. US$2 billion.
