Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan Plans to Solicit TSMC (TSM.US) to Set up 3rd Plant in the Country

Kyodo News quoted Takashi Kimura, Governor of Kumamoto Prefecture, said that he intended to recruit TSMC (TSM.US)      to set up its third factory in Japan. The authority will start consultations with TSMC's management as soon as this summer to ask for the intention of the company.
