Tesla, Inc. (TSLA.US) abruptly withdrew its summer internship offers weeks before the internships were to begin, according to Bloomberg.
Relevant report quoted a number of students who received offers from Tesla as saying that they received sudden calls from Tesla informing them that their offers are no longer valid, leaving them with little time to look for alternative summer jobs.
Tesla's decision to rescind internship offers was attributed to the massive layoffs the Company is conducting, Bloomberg also quoted current Tesla employees as saying.
