Tesla (TSLA.US) will announce its results after market close, and it rebounded 1.9% after a 7-day losing streak. Alphabet (GOOG.US) and Microsoft (MSFT.US) will report quarterly results on Thursday. NVIDIA (NVDA.US) hiked nearly 4%.
Spotify (SPOT.US) rocketed 11.4% after its 1Q results beat expectations. General Motors (GM.US) lifted 4.4% after it raised its full-year earnings forecast. JetBlue Airways (JBLU.US) meanwhile lowered its earnings forecast for the year, and its shares cratered 19%.
PepsiCo (PEP.US) saw its 1Q earnings beat estimates, but logged low growth in North America. Its shares fell 3% after the results, making it the worst-performing Nasdaq 100 component.
